Our specialized team of quality analysts keeps a close tab over all the parameters and other customer specific requirements. Our daily regime of quality inspection keeps our product quality in check for enabling us to minimize the waste reduction at every step. We also have fully computerized system for maintaining the consistency in quality, texture, color, strength and other factors of our Automotive Artificial Leather and other leather.

• Incoming inspection: All the raw material that have been procured by us are carefully tested and verified. 
• Online Inspection: The verification of material is done online to ensure that using these would meet the specifications of our customers.
• In-process Inspection: This stage of inspection involves setting, monitoring and verifying of all the processes that have been predefined during the time of production. All these parameters are then documented in the system.
• Final inspection: Final inspection involves verifying and testing of all the physical factors like visual appearance, feel, texture and many other to meet the customer specifications.
